1) On the checkout page , write your own name and your own phone number, in profile section please mention the name, address and phone number of the receiver in the address section and in the comments section you can write the message to be written on the cake.
2) Be Informed that Delivery Time selected is considered as 90 minutes plus or minus , we don't guarantee pinpoint time , but we try to be as precise as possible.
3) Till date we have not missed or skipped any order, however orders placed for the same day after 6 pm are considered as accepted to try same day delivery , however if not possible to deliver same day the order will be delivered the next day.

1) Be informed that there can be a time difference of 2 to 3 hours depending on the cake you order , as the preparation time of each cake is different.
2) Flowers ordered are subject to availability , if the flowers ordered are not available the money will be refunded back.
3) We put in more than 100% effort to make sure each order reaches on time , however we too face difficulties sometimes due to unforeseen circumstances . and hence we reserve the right to cancel the order at any time, and your money is refunded back.
